Here, you won’t find novelty or trend, but the enduring beauty of the Orthodox Church - timeless prayers, sacred tradition, and a community seeking to love God with sincerity of heart.

Our worship follows the same rhythm that has carried believers for centuries. Reverent, Scripture-filled, and centered on the Divine Liturgy, where heaven touches earth.

Though our faith is ancient, our doors are open wide. You’ll find a warm and welcoming community of people learning, growing, and praying together. Whether you’re encountering Orthodoxy for the first time or returning home to it, we invite you to come and see.

New Experiences

Standing

Orthodox Christians traditionally stand for most of the service as a sign of reverence and active participation in prayer. Some may sit briefly, especially during readings or the homily, and seating is always available for those who need it.

Language

While our services are celebrated primarily in English, you will occasionally hear prayers or hymns in other languages, such as Slavonic or Arabic. This reflects the universality of the Orthodox Church and our connection with the wider Orthodox world.

Veneration

You may notice people kissing icons, the priest’s hand, or the Blessing Cross. This is an ancient expression of love and respect, not worship. Visitors are not required to do so, but may participate if they feel comfortable.

Communion

The Orthodox Church practices closed communion, meaning that only baptized and chrismated Orthodox Christians who are prepared through confession and fasting receive the Holy Eucharist. All others are warmly invited to come forward at the end of the Liturgy to venerate the cross.
